		황하나, 마약·절도 혐의로 검찰 송치

 황하나. 사진l스타투데이 DB [매일경제 스타투데이 신영은 기자] 집행유예 기간 중 마약 투약 및 절도 혐의를 받는 황하나(33)가 검찰에 송치됐다. 서울 용산경찰서 관계자는 14일 매일경제 스타투데이에 "이날 황하나를 마약·절도 혐의로 서울 서부지검에 송치했다"고 밝혔다. 앞서 황하나는 2015년 5∼9월 서울 자택 등지에서 필로폰을 투약한 혐의 등으로 기소돼 2019년 11월 항소심에서 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고 받았다. 하지만 집행유예 기간이던 지난해 8월부터 지인들과 수차례 마약을 투약한 혐의를 받고 있다. 지난해 12월 황하나를 입건한 경찰은 마약 투약 정황이 담긴 녹취록과 이에 사용된 주사기 등을 확보해 혐의 입증에 활용한 것으로 알려졌다. 황하나는 마약 혐의 외에 지난해 11월 명품 의류 등을 훔쳤다는 절도 혐의로 서울 강남경찰서에 조사를 받아오다 사건이 용산서로 병합됐다. 경찰은 오는 17일 황하나의 구속이 종료됨에 따라 수사에 속도를 내왔다. 서울서부지법 권경선 영장전담판사는 지난 7일 마약류 관리에 관한 법률 위반 혐의를 받는 황하나의 구속 전 피의자 심문(영장실질심사)을 연 뒤 “도망·증거인멸 염려가 있다”며 구속영장을 발부했다. shinye@mk.co.kr ▶ 네이버 메인에서 '매일경제'를 받아보세요 ▶ 궁금한 제조과정 영상으로 보세요.
